Brad Chandler, CEO, holds a B.S. in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. Prior to founding Express Homebuyers, he was the CFO and Senior Vice President of Ascend Communities (Springfield, VA), which bought and renovated distressed multi-family properties and converted them to low-income condominiums or low-income rentals. Mr. Chandler is a member of Vistage, the world's largest CEO membership organization.

Judson Allen, Managing Partner, received a B.A. in Economics from Washington and Lee University. Prior to co-founding Express Homebuyers, he spent eight years in sales and marketing. He has been involved in every facet of the company's process, from ensuring that the public knows about our service, to the end sale, to continuing customer service after the sale.
