Brad Chandler

Brad Chandler, Co-Founder & CEO

Brad read a book about buying real estate when he was in the 9th grade and has been passionate about it ever since. Prior to founding Express Homebuyers, he was the CFO and Senior Vice President of a Springfield, VA-based development company, which bought and renovated distressed multi-family properties and converted them to low-income condominiums or low-income rentals.

Since a young age he loved building things and completing projects. Brad holds a B.S. in Residential Property Management from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. He has resided in Virginia for all but two years of his life. Brad is father to two young kids and enjoys traveling, family time and golf in his spare time. Judson Allen, Co-Founder

Jud Allen

Jud bought his first investment property in 2002, after spending eight years in successful but unfulfilling sales positions. Since then, he has participated in more than 2,500 real estate transactions and evaluated more than 20,000 houses. Jud finds great satisfaction in the challenge and tangible results of renovating a home and improving a neighborhood.

Jud grew up in Roanoke,VA and earned an Economics degree from Washington and Lee University. He’s lived in Georgia, Louisiana, Colorado and Spain. He currently makes his home in Virginia, where he is happily married and the proud father of Lucy, Judson and Violet. Tom Parmentier, Director of Operations

Tom Parmentier

Tom started working with Express Homebuyers in 2006 as a Homebuying Specialist, analyzing thousands upon thousands of properties. Everyday he looks for ways to improve the company’s systems to make the selling experience easier and less stressful for home sellers. Bringing ethics, standards and professionalism to an industry that has a lot of unscrupulous investors is a driving force for him.

Having lived in the Northern Virginia area since he was in kindergarten, Tom considers himself a native Virginian. He received a B.S. in Finance from George Mason University. Before joining Express Homebuyers, he worked in outside sales for home improvement companies. When he’s not working, Tom is likely spending time with his wife Nicole and their two children, Mason and Makayla. Matt Fullerton, Acquisitions Manager

Matt Fullerton

Matt talks with home sellers who call in for information about the value of their home and how the Express Homebuyers process works. He also meets with home sellers at their property to evaluate the condition of the house, verify previously discussed information and help sellers with the purchase agreement. Matt enjoys working in this family-first atmosphere with all the professional and personal support  you could want. Plus he finds the job itself is a lot of fun.

Matt grew up in West River, MD and currently lives in Huntingtown, MD with his wife and four kids. When he’s not working, he likes coaching his son’s football and baseball teams, hunting and fishing. He says his favorite thing to do right now is playing and laughing with his 2-year-old daughter. He’s a contributor to Children’s Hospital in DC and the Children’s Miracle Network. Alex is often the first contact point of contact for sellers who call Express Homebuyers. He provides the information on how the offer process works, answers any questions and helps home sellers get started. Ray Falchek, Homebuying Specialist

Ray Falchek

Ray wakes up every morning energized by the idea that he will be able to help home sellers in all types of circumstances. He appreciates working in Express Homebuyers’ extremely collaborative environment, where everyone is committed to providing such a high level of service and doing the right thing, all the time. 

Ray hails from Philadelphia and graduated from Kutztown University. Snowboarding, golfing, coaching football or baseball, working out and attending concerts are among the many activities in which he loves participating, especially if he’s doing them with his wife Keiko and kids, Kate and Jake. His philanthropic passions focus on animals (especially no kill pet shelters), children and the elderly. Ray regularly volunteers at Lost Dog Society, reads to his daughter’s class and is heavily involved with the PTA at St. Elizabeth’s Elementary School in Rockville, MD. April Davis, Client Care Specialist

April Davis

April is your direct point of contact after you’ve signed the offer contract and she maintains contact with all home sellers from that moment all the way through closing. She assists each client and makes sure all required documents are received. Her goal is to create an amazing experience for every seller and assure they get to closing easily and quickly!

A native Washingtonian, April lives with her husband and their blended family, which includes a South African Boerboel dog named Samson. Greg Allen, Director of Sales

Greg Allen

Greg has been with Express Homebuyers since 2005. He received a B.A. in Business from Roanoke College. Greg is very experienced and has worked in every facet of the company. Jeremy Nix, Director of Construction

Jeremy oversees construction operations for properties that are remodeled. He coordinates project details with architects, design staff, contractors and our Realtor® partners. He likes working in Express Homebuyers’ fast-paced environment and laid back atmosphere.

Robert Wensley, Business Intelligence & Marketing

Robert Wensley

Robert is currently working on business intelligence initiatives and developing new opportunities for our company. A relatively new addition to the team, he likes working at Express Homebuyers because of the incredible colleagues with whom he works and the company’s strong entrepreneurial culture. He earned his bachelor’s degree with a major in economics and a double minor in finance and government from Harvard University. While working towards his degree, he also completed a study abroad program at the London School of Economics and an intensive Mandarin language program with East China Normal University. 

One of seven children, Robert had the opportunity to live in several places throughout his youth, including Western Canada, Northern Africa, China and South Carolina. When not working, he is usually spending time enjoying outdoor activities with his wife, Eliza. Lori Saitz, Marketing Consultant

Lori Saitz

Lori manages content development and written communications, which include direct mail campaigns, online articles, web pages, consumer education reports and the social media presence. She also handles media relations. An entrepreneur at heart, she likes Express Homebuyers’ pioneering environment and collaborative team approach to business.

A graduate of the American University’s School of Communications, Lori worked in corporate communications departments, ad agencies and as an on-air radio personality before starting her own business. After stints in Pittsburgh, Sacramento and West Palm Beach, she’s back in the Washington, D.C. area. She has served as a pre-GED teacher and an adult literacy tutor and is a strong proponent for increasing literacy worldwide. Lori lives with her husband of 20 years and two crazy cats. Kate Miller, Office Manager

Kate Miller

Kate keeps everything running smoothly at Express Homebuyers. She’s the one greeting visitors, answering phones, ordering office supplies, providing administrative support, and managing HR related duties. Perhaps most importantly, she facilitates the purchase and sale of properties in our portfolio. Kate likes working in the very dynamic environment and finds the people to be some of the nicest and most helpful she has ever had the privilege to work with. (Honestly, those are her words!)

Following a childhood in West Hartford, CT, Kate came to Washington, D.C. where she earned a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Spanish from The George Washington University. Married for 26 years to a recently retired Army Green Beret, she has three kids and a majestic, yet streetwise, one year old cat named Loki. She loves home improvement projects, landscaping and attending her kids’ events, as well as watching subtitled movies while convincing herself that she understands foreign languages. She is extremely passionate about all charities that support military members who have returned from the battlefield gravely injured – the Special Operations Warrior Foundation in particular. Clarence Dasher, Staff Accountant

Clarence is responsible for the day-to-day and monthly accounting process for Express Homebuyers. He’s always found the real estate business fascinating, so he considers working here a real treat. The great work-life balance is a bonus.

Clarence spent the first nine years of his life life in Miami before his family moved to Fort Washington, MD. He attended Prince George’s Community College and American University, with full scholarships to each. He’s proud to have graduated with no debt! And as a scholarship recipient, he’s passionate about supporting organizations whose missions center on facilitating college access through scholarship programs. A car aficionado, Clarence is the joyful protector of Diamond, a Porsche 911. When not attending to her care and feeding, he is probably trying a new restaurant with friends or writing/singing a song.
