Steve Marinaro doesn’t just crunch numbers; he helps turn real estate challenges into opportunities for our clients. While Express marks his first foray into real estate, Steve’s spent most of his career helping small companies scale and grow. As our CFO since 2021, Steve takes pride in helping every person who contacts the team and actively challenges the status quo for home sellers in the cash-for-homes industry.

Steve spends his free time adventuring in the great outdoors with his wife and four children and enjoys an array of activities, from rock climbing to cheering on the Virginia Tech Hokies.
